  Where do I begin? Our experience with these people was nothing short of a nightmare! My elderly mother was putting her home on the market because she was moving out of town and we hired Nordic to do her auction. They came to her home the end of May and picked up the items but did not have room for an antique hay rake. They said they would come back and get it. Days passed and they did not come. Both my sister and I tried contacting them with no response. They do not answer their phone and the voice mailbox is always full! The hay rake ended up being sold with the property because they never came and got it! They also stated they would contact us when the auction would be held. We were told it would not be until after July 4th. So....We waited. And waited. I sent two emails. Both of which went unanswered. I called numerous times. No answer, voicemail full. Finally my sister got ahold of someone via text the end of June and he stated the auction had already been held (we still do not know when the sale was, it was certainly before July 4!) Ok then where is the money? He said he would put the check in the mail the next day. We waited 10 days. No check. So I again tried calling. Same scenario. My sister sent him a text and he said check is in the mail. We waited another week. No check. So my sister sent yet another text and he had not even mailed the check!! He then sent a pic of the envelope stating it is going in the mail today! In the meantime, my 84 year old mother is needing this money that was promised weeks ago. I don't care if you are "busy" with auctions! That is NOT an excuse. You got your money from the sale! My mom's share should have been mailed immediately upon closing after fees were covered as promised. You offer the worst, WORST customer service I have ever dealt with! Who owns a business but does not respond to emails, answer their phones or empty their voice mailbox? Not to mention having to track you down for payment! My review on Facebook has been removed by you (this exact same one), how convenient. AVOID this company like the plague.
